• Lead weekly meetings with Pilot users to determine reporting needs and to flush out data quality assurance and cleansing issues.
• Created ad-hoc and EIS reports utilizing Pilot’s drill down capabilities across multidimensional hierarchies, views and associations. Types of reporting included: Trending/Forecasting, Ranking, Exceptions and 80/20 Analysis.
• Prepared data provided by IBM AS400 and POS systems for data warehouse uploads.
• Made use of batch file processes to populate database cubes.
• Ensured data integrity prior to database uploads via exception reporting.
• Trained users and assisted with migration from Pilot to I2 Platform.
